Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant
Presidiohealth is looking for a dynamic, self motivated person to manage our San Francisco office and help us grow into the next phase. This is a great opportunity to be a part of building a fast growing, software startup within the healthcare sector.
We are located South of Market in downtown San Francisco. We have customers, and revenue and are growing fast.

You’ll own and drive your tasks independently and make them happen.
We work hard and are flexible. You’ll be able to work from home 1-2 days per week if needed.

- Manage HR activities
Payroll / benefits / vacation, etc.
Assist in finance
Pay and submit invoices
Interface to external book keeping company
Help with other administrative tasks
Assist resolving select customer issues.
Assist management in administrative activities
Travel, expenses, etc.
Assist or drive marketing activities
Tradeshows, social media, lead generation, other
- Required: Experience working in smaller organization / startup
- Required: Experience with similar administrative / Office manager position
- Experience with Trinet and similar HR tools
- Required: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Experience with or desire to learn basic marketing functions
- Required: Flexible, independent, self motivated person.
